Follow these steps to upload your medical images:

2. Click Send Authentication Code to receive an authentication code
This portal is exclusively for transferring DICOM images to UW Health (UWH) locations in Wisconsin and Illinois.

At this time, non-DICOM (i.e. JPEG, PNG, TIF, PDF, etc.) files cannot be uploaded.

Do NOT upload images for the following locations: UnityPoint Health-Meriter, Associated Physicians, Group Health Cooperative of SC WI, Fort HealthCare, Mile Bluff Medical Center or Richland Hospital.
